Simpac staff organised a feast of culinary delights in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.
A variety of food was prepared for the occasion, including paella, chilli and curry, and of course a huge selection of cakes, biscuits and sweet treats!
Fiona Docherty won the coveted Best Baker Badge with her delicious Coffee Walnut Meringue Cake, which Gary McLagan declared to be the best cake he has ever eaten! This is quite a statement from the gastronomic connoisseur!
The hugely popular Simpac charity event raised over £500 for Macmillan Cancer Support, to contribute to the nationwide total raised of over £21 million. Macmillan provide medical, emotional, practical and financial support to 2.5 million people living with cancer, and their families and friends.
