Simpac is committed to supplying quality products that meet our customers’ expectations and promote their brand or products effectively. We are proud to hold the following accreditations:
- ISO9001:2008
- British Retail Consortium (BRC) / Institute of Packaging (IOP) standard for packaging in contact with food
We are a registered member of Sedex and factory and key supplier information can be shared with other interested parties.
We are also members of the Cleaning and Hygiene Services Association (CHSA) and operate within their agreed codes of practice.
Simpac has an established quality and hygiene manual detailing the company policies on customer service, staff training, compliance with EU directives and legislation.
Experienced Quality Assurance technicians analyse products and materials at each of our 3 sites (see laboratory testing). We also employ a highly trained Quality Assurance representative in the Far East who carries out supplier audits, contractual inspections and product specification verification.
