Tamper Evident Paper Sacks

One of our customers operates a successful confidential waste disposal service. In the past the confidential documents were collected in re-usable woven polypropylene sacks. At the disposal plant the sacks were opened and the documents were removed, which posed obvious security risks to their customers. Despite employing trustworthy staff, there was the risk of a sensitive document being left in a reusable sack or being mislaid and read by an unintended recipient.

We were asked to find a packaging solution, and our product development team designed an innovative tamper evident paper sack. The paper sacks are filled and sealed, and then the entire sack and its contents are disposed of by shredding, pulping or burning.

Our customer is delighted that we have tightened their security considerably, and reduced the amount of time spent emptying, stacking and storing sacks for re-use.
